For us, it marked the step from an idea to something we could share. That first produced bottle is a reminder of why we started: to bring a different kind of refreshment to more people.

Some flavours feel familiar, even when you’re tasting something new.
Japanese yoghurt-style drinks were our starting point. Their soft, rounded taste and fresh, gently tangy finish offered a different kind of refreshment.
That balance became the inspiration for Calsi. A flavour with its own character, ready to take in a direction of your own.

Keep the character. Open up the possibilities.
Developed in the Netherlands, Calsi translates that inspiration into a dairy-free syrup. A concentrate you mix yourself, with the freedom to choose the ingredients and find your own balance.
Start with ice and sparkling water. Bring in citrus, fruit or tea. A simple refreshment at home or a new serve on a menu—the next part of the story belongs to the person pouring.
